Good news for the Tallahassee metro area - we had 168 sales of existing single-family detached homes in March 2011.  That's up 2 percent from March 2010, according to the Florida Association of Realtors.

The median sales price for March 2011 was $158,600, which is 11 percent below last year's $179,100.
