FHA UPDATE:

PER FHA, THE DATE FOR THE NEW UPFRONT MORTGAGE INSURANCE TO INCREASE FROM 1.75% TO 2.25% WILL BE APRIL 5, 2010. ANY FHA CASE NUMBERS ORDERED FROM THAT DATE FORWARD WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE INCREASED PREMIUM.
