Down Payment Assistance is still available for first-time home buyers purchasing a primary residence. It is available statewide thru Florida Housing (commonly known as "Bond Money") and the down payment assistance amount can be $5,000 up to $7,500.

And, where possible, additional down payment assistance from local funds such as the Tallahassee Lenders Consortium is available.
