Welcome!  Finding the right real estate agent in Tallahassee can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.  So, how do you narrow the field? 

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you.  Part-time agents work in their spare time.  Discount agents cut corners.  I'm a full-time REALTOR with Armor Realty of Tallahassee, Tallahassee's top independent Real Estate agency.  And, I believe every customer deserves my best service & dedication. 

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I'm a top producer within the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and have been a resident of Tallahassee for more than 20 years.  I previously served as aide to our city's mayor for three terms of office - I know and love this town!
